Center of Rest in Lavičky

The topic of this master´s thesis is a new building design of recreation centre in Lavičky and processing of project documentation for this building realization. This thesis is furthermore completed with two specializations. It deals specifically with a specialisation in the field of technical facilities of buildings – heating and air conditioning. The recreation centre is a complex of two units that will provide restaurant and accommodation services with leisure activities facilities. In one of the units there is designed an accommodation facility with smaller wellness area, in the other unit there is designed a restaurant. The estate where the units are located occurs in the north part of the village Lavičky. This locality is built up by family houses and apartment blocks. The architectural solution of the designed units follows on from the concept of simple country object where the object has the shape of rectangle ground plan and is roofed by typical saddle roof. The building of the restaurant and also the guest house is in the shape of rectangle and is roofed by double sheathed saddle roof with metal folded roofing in dark grey colour. As well it utilises modern elements of architecture as big window openings or dormers. The filling of the openings will be accomplished by wooden windows in natural shade. The façade of the units is designed in that way to match both unis together. It is solved by white façade paint in combination with cement splinter panels imitating wood or cement splinter panels in grey colour and is completed by outdoor wooden pergola or wooden storm porch. The wall base part is formed by mosaic façade in grey colour. The layout solution of the units follows on from operation requirements of the particular services and they are separated in space for customers and for operation space. The objective of the master´s thesis is design of the building in the Valtice city. The building is designed as single-detached dwelling. On the first floor are located wine cellar, sanitary facilities for guests and the staff, common areas and guest accommodation facilities. The second and third floor are designed for guest accommodation facilities and for a need of the staff. The wine cellar and one room unit are designed as a wheelchair accessible. External walls are made of Heluz Family 44 brickwork. Ceiling structure is made of reinforced concrete slabs. The supporting system is made of Porotherm 25 / 25 AKU SYM. The building is three-level house with flat roof and partly basement.
Pension

The subject of this final thesis is the preparation of a project documentation for the building construction of a new pension with restaurant and wine cellar. The compound is located in Vážany nad Litavou. Its location falls under Velké Pavlovice area. Due to the location in this wine-growing region is in the project located, a wine cellar with a vineyard. The project is designed as a guesthouse with the restaurant designed for families with children, and for holding small social or company events. For this purpose, is in the main building designed a lounge with capacity of 20 people and a restaurant with capacity of 60 persons. The accommodation capacity provided in the pension is 43 beds. Pension offers background designed for relaxation or wellness stays thanks to the sauna and whirlpool. The building has rectangular plan on two basements and two above-ground floors with a mono-pitched roof facing south. This makes it possible to use solar power from the roof and south-facing facade. Water from the roof of the building is collected in a small pond, which serves as a storage reservoir useful in case of fire and vineyard irrigation. Near the building there are paved and parking areas.
The Plumbing Systems in a Boarding-house

This bachelor’s work deals with drainage of domestic wastewater and rainwater and water supply in the boarding house. The theoretical part solves leading of installations and layout of sanitary facilities in boarding house. The technical part solves the internal distribution of plumbing installations in the boarding house.
Sanitation installation in a multifunctional building

The diploma thesis deals with the problems of sanitation installation in a multifunctional building in Kunstat. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of the topic, with emphasis on the water demand. The experimental part focuses on drinking water consumption in real objects. The thesis also focuses on possible solutions given specialization. The project solves the sanitation installation of the multifunctional building in the selected variant. It is a multi-storey building where are a guesthouse for short-term accommodation, café, public toilets, commercial space and a fitness center.
Sheepfarm

It is an ecological family farm engaged in raising sheep and processing of sheep milk. There is a restaurant and accommodation at hotel level. Proposed set of objects is located south-west of the village Pozďatín on a gentle hill and is surrounded by pastures and woods. The concept is based on a traditional country farmhouse with a semi-closed court. The buildings are irregularly interwoven of narrow and tall blocks with different colors, which expand and illuminate the attic space and allowing its use. The northern building is a restaurant, accommodation for guests and a flat of house owner , there are stables in the south and side is covered parking for mechanization on the west side. Buildings are designed by wooden system, so-called the Platform-Frame system.
Mountain guest-house in Karolinka

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design and process of the construction-technical part of the project documentation for realization of the new building of the mountain guest-house house in Karolina with an accommodation capacity of 36 people. The building is located on a slope, it is a basement, it has 2 underground floors and 3 aboveground floors. The building is roofed with a saddle roof with a concrete roofing. Vertical support structures are made from the Porotherm system. In addition to the project, an architectural study, a fire report and a thermal-technical assessment of the house are also included.
Low-energy building of boarding house

The aim of the master project is to design a building of an energy-efficient boarding house. It is a three-storey building made of sand-lime masonry with a combination of a saddle roof and a flat green roof. The capacity of the building is 20 visitors. The basement contains a small wellness centre, kitchen storage, general storage, and a utility room. The first floor contains main entrance, a canteen, staff premises, and an accessible guest room. The second floor contains 7 guest rooms and a cleaning room. The third floor contains a meeting room with a kitchenette and toilets, one guest room and entrance to the green roof terrace. Whole building is ventilated by four air conditioning units. The building is heated by floor heating and radiators supplied with a geothermal heat pump and solar thermal panels. Solar thermal panels were analysed.
Guest House "Na Pasekach"

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the project of a guest house, which is located in the area of Žďárské Vrchy. The concerned building stays on its own in a gently sloped down terrain. The whole building is constructed in a barrier-free way and is primarily intended to be used for recreation as well as housing capacity including eating facilities. The aforementioned premises are build on a rectangular groundplan with architectonic features of a log farmer´s house with agricultural buildings inside of the inbuild yard. There is a restaurant in the ground floor, furthermore room for social activities, terace, hall, reception, kachen, store house, bathroom and premises for employees. Attic apartments are constructed in the way that allows different sizes of the rooms. This range varies from two bed up to four bed rooms with a maximum capacity of 18 people including private bathrooms; and also small flat for the keeper of the premises. The building is designed with a wall-bearing system based on fundamental isolating special shaped bricks wasted in boarding of a plinth of fundamentals TERMO, formed from a concrete of a type C16/20. The vertical bearing-constructions are bricked from Porotherm 44 PROFI, Porotherm 36,5 PROFI on a mortar and light construction of a type of wooden house. The ceiling construction is made of prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll Goldbeck. Half-Hipped Roof is made of wooden roof truss and is covered with special roofing material EUREKO DDS II in the shade of black. Facade is partly made of wooden facing, and partly plastered with facade plastering BAUMIT. Windows and entrance doors are wooden. For parking there are 18 spots available, out of which 2 are reserved for people with disabilities.
Sanatorium with Speleotherapy for Childern Ostrov u Macochy

This master´s thesis deals with the design of architectural study of new facility for Sanatorium with speleotherapy for children Ostrov u Macochy. The construction area is located in the protected landscape area of Moravsky kras, near small town Ostrov u Macochy in Blansko county. The main ambition of this study is to fully use the potential of target area. Children sanatorium mainly focuses on the treatment of respiratory diseases by using speleotherapy. They use nearby cave system for these purposes. This project consists of three main buildings – accommodation for patients, sanatorium and guest house. These objects are designed as well-functioning and cooperative complex which along with pleasant surroundings will satisfy all requirements needed for operating such a facility. The urban solution allows easy access to the centre of city Ostrov u Machochy and also into therapeutic caves. The final form of this study respects all important aspects of affected area and tries to naturally integrate into surrounding nature.
